concept and development of website for 3-business-under-one-roof

This is a Webpage which should contain some nice Features. Maybe one-pager with menu.
The material will be delivered by Skype as ZIP-File. Some pictures and invitation cards. It´s all we received until now. More will follow. We expect this after showing the mockups.
Structure and goal:
It´s for Location which contains three Kind of businesses connected to one:
1. A little store for exclusive furniture and Accessories. For this section there should be shown the store and what there is sold. But no eCommerce, just showing the products in a nice way.
2. A little coffee bar, which is selling high class coffee and has an own barista who is preparing the coffee. Also high class cakes and so on. So some impressions and menu of coffee and cakes need to be shown here.
3. A little Gallery which Shows some artwork of artists. So we can show the artwork here. Maybe some little explanations and some names below it.
At the Moment there is only one logo for this. But it can be, that there will be two more. Means for mockup we are working with only one logo, but maybe later we need to switch two of them.
Three domains which are reserved at the moment.
So each Domain 302-redirects into the necessary section of the main Domain
Finally there is only one Domain which containing all of the Content while the others are only redirecting to their section of it.
The Goal is to Show on main domain what she is doing at that address, but also being able to make Special ads (for example on handout-Flyers) which are pointing to Gallery or Café directly.
Appearance:
All should be very very elegant and exclusively appearing. White Color as dominating, while Logo Looks a bit golden. *Elegant and very accurate typographie is very important.*
Content for each section will be delivered as soon I receive some more beside the zip-file. So for mockup we need to work with that content we have. As it´s really new, she does not have much photos at the Moment, this will be done next days/weeks then.
The goal is to show the whole range she does inside the building, even if someone was looking for gallery or coffee bar only but also to show, that these are three different businesses under one roof.
Technical sight:
All should be Wordpress based. As css framework should be used bootstrap. All should be responsive and working well on all devices. Inside wordpress client should be able to change their content and for example to add some products for the section of the furniture store. Client does not want to have any kind of eCommerce Store there. Only wants to show some products. Same for gallery.
Maybe some nice features like parallax would be great. But I don´t have any Idea how we can connect the elegant design with it... Maybe as closeup photo of their walls or of the floor. Not sure...
For basic design we should not need to much time from now. After having a good design, we´ll be stress free again.
