convert HTML/XHTML (of RTF Editor) format to XML style

Job Description:
Hi. all
I want to convert the HTML output of the REF Editor to XML format.
(Environment: PHP 7 or above)
Therefore, the following assumptions were made:
The PHP RTF Editor can be chosen from the following or any of the freely available ones.
1) TinyMCE
2) FCK Editor
3) Nicedit
4) or another products
I will only use the following properties in the RTF Editor:
1) Only support Text (not need image)
2) Font name
3) Font Size
4) Font Color
5) bold, Italic, Underline
6) Alignment (left, center, right)
7) Transparent
** Therefore, Do not need images, prints, or indents attributes
In general, the RTF Editor for PHP produces output in either HTML or XHTML.
I don't need HTML/XHTML here. The goal is to parse the HTML to get the XML. (More rules are in the attached document.)
Therefore, after creating a test button called [Save] and [Read],
When you click the [Save] button.
Convert HTML/XHTML output from RTF Editor to XML format
When you click the [Read] button
Convert the XML format into HTML/XHTML format and display it in the RTF Editor.
