Create custom facebook post creator website

I have a business and I want customers to post a picture and a few sentences about my business when they purchase. I want to semi automate this process for my customers. Here is what I want to have happen.
1) customer buys something
2) I open MY PHONE and take their picture and click on a prewritten paragraph
3) The newly create site I want you to build will create essentially a webpage or hosted image that will have the customers picture and paragraph and create a link with that. Similar to [login to view URL] . Then I will text message my customer the link to their image and description.
4) The customer copies the link i just texted them and pastes the link as a new facebook post. The facebook post link will have the image as a preview and the paragraph as the description so I will look like the customer posted about us on facebook with the picture I took.
4) I then want the customer
