Creating a website by PSD layout and text task

I need to create a one-page portfolio website based on the layout. 9 blocks, with an contact form and popup windows. There is a psd layout, a text task with a description of the blocks, animation examples. The site is made on a grid. You need to use html, css, java and php.

All I need is the website code and source files, [login to view URL], img, css, php and js folders etc, without wordpress and other. I can edit it myself. You can use the same text in the psd file.

Structure and Grid.

The website is designed for wide-screen monitors, with a container width of 1320 px.

! Adaptive layout

The layout consists of a grid of 4 blocks that structure the entire website, with a central main container on the page. The first and last blocks of the grid are the same width (green color below).

Some background images extend beyond the container area to 100% of the screen width.

A preloader is not needed, and it is important that everything loads quickly and easily. There is no mobile version of the layout yet, but it can be created quickly.

Final comment:

It is essential to strive for proportionality with the layout. This is the most important thing. The font sizes, margins (sizes of margins at the beginning of the document), and alignment of all elements should strictly follow the grid.
