We are an event based company, having lots of events in a year. In order to maintain the data better, we looking for an existing CRM or tool which serves the following purpose or anything developed from scratch.
1) Centralised database of all the contacts (name, email, company, designation, mobile etc.).
2) Linking all the contacts with there email activity from campaigns received using Campaign Monitor or any other way (emails opened, clicked etc.) being able to show there newsletter preference in the tool aswell.
3) Keeping status for all the events registered or attended in past by any contact (we have multiple ongoing events with microsites, where they register so we should be able to update there status for that particular event e.g. registered only, attended etc.)
4) Multiple ways to add a new contact e.g. manually add from form, scan business card and add as a new contact or update an existing contact, adding from an api which I can call while they register for an event.
5) To be able to search with complex criteria, as now I have all the data against each contact in that tool, e.g. there basic details, email activity for different campaigns, events related activity, newsletter preference. So I should be able to search like all contacts who are male, over the age of 30, with designation CEO, having attended this particular event etc.
