I want to create a web application for leads management.
Our staff members call customers which are assigned to them in the web application.
Application should allow managers to upload customer data in certain format and give feasibility to assign another staff member.
Functionality access should be based on roles. - Admin, Manager, Team Leader, Staff
Managers, team leaders and staff members should be tagged to sites and should have access to data of own site only.
Each customer info should have record of when created, when updated, what was leads status [manager can add / edit / remove statuses], who updated, who is assigned staff and remarks if staff wants to add in.
If customer rejects the call, application should allow staff to choose reject reasons and key in reasons if that does not fall under reject reason list.
Managers should able to view live dashboard of should contain following:
-Total customers called each day or week or month / provide provision to choose period,
- Number of customers staff member called,
- Number of appt made by each staff today and consolidated numbers,
- Number of rejections got today,
- Top rejected reasons of today,
- Any callback for today
Customer list & dashboard - Staff member will have view of their own customers only.
Provide advance report with all possible search scenario and provision to download report in excel or PDF format.
"Click to call" feature will be integrated. We shall provide require API.
Penetration testing will be conducted by us to consider completion of project.
