I want to create a WordPress website from scratch without using any visual page builders. The design will be a copy of an existing website.
Reference (Design): [login to view URL] : Need the WordPress website to look similar to the reference website
Pages that need to be created as WordPress Theme
1. Homepage: [login to view URL]
2. Category & Tag Page: [login to view URL]
3. Detailed Story Page: [login to view URL]
4. Author Page: [login to view URL]
The other pages like Chatroom, Forum, Groups, Gallery, Webcam, login, etc in the reference website are not required.
Expecting a proposal that mentions how the developer will implement this project, Will you be using any starter theme to create the website, if so please note the same.
Note: No visual page builders plugins like visual composer, DIVI, and elementor are to be used.
