Display Data Usage Using Discord Bot

I am looking for a freelancer to create a Discord bot which can Display the Data usage from an API.
Function Flow:
1. User message the Discord Bot with command !Data(Username)
2. If the user do not enter their specific Username, will remind them to enter correctly
3. If correct, Will display the Data usage.
