edit and build an admin panel symphony site

Job Description:

im looking for a freelancer who can edit and create an admin panel for my symphony site..

currently the site, is a database loader for real estate

whats needed:

admin panel to control the feed location on the page

add edit and remove listings manually too beside the corn feed

edit the page layout from colors/ images/logos/through admin panel

also to be able to edit the layout of how the information is displayed on the page the layout of the image gallery

and last point is to fix the map search to match the page here
