Email Content Management

We need to create an email content management engine that will eventually integrate with our Web site. Basically, the user will email a picture to the email address with a blurb in the subject line. The emailed picture will post to the user's profile with the subject line directly underneath the picture. All pictures will be the same size, appear in a row, and have a border around them. This initial project is just proof of concept and has a budget of $75. You will be hired for the larger project if you can prove to us that you can make this concept work. Estimated budget for the final project is $3,500, but we must have the proof of concept first.
