Custom doctypes are already created.
As for the project:
Doctypes need to be select-able from a task.
NOTE doctypes (multiple kinds) and Standard Custom doctypes (multiple kinds)
Only one doctype can be selected per Task.
User steps...
From a created project, user can create a task. From that task the user can select a doctype and create a new doctype record.
For NOTE doctypes:
When the NOTE doctype is approved, these steps will be automatic:
- a new timesheet record will be created using the DATE, SELECT_AUTHOR, START_TIME and END_TIME fields on the NOTE doctype
- a new invoice record will be created using the SELECT_CPT (to match item which is already on item list), UNITS (for amount of quanity).
End Result:
From task, user can view related NOTE doctype, timesheet and sales invoice (all 1 to 1 relationships)
From NOTE doctype, user can view related timesheet, sales invoice and task (all 1 to 1 relationships)
From timesheet, user can view related NOTE doctype, sales invoice and task (all 1 to 1 relationships)
From Invoice, user can view related NOTE doctype, timesheet and task (all 1 to 1 relationships)

For all other custom doctypes
NO TIMESHEET and NO INVOICE will need to be created.
End Results:
From standard custom doctype, user can view related task
From task, user can view related custom doctype
