Finalize build of basic website

I created a fully designed prototype of a small website that has ~10 short pages, including thank you pages etc...
I exported the file into HTML and most of it flows nicely, but some functionality doesn't work perfectly:
- Some buttons can't be properly clicked
- When somebody fills out a form, no email is sent to me
- Pressing "tab" button doesn't jump between form fields
I am looking for somebody to help me get this across the finish line. It's a very basic version of a website that I am creating only to validate a business idea that I have, nothing else.
I attach the HTML file, and can also provide the prototype, developed with Just In Mind.
