HTTP Status Code/Header/Redirect Script

Looking for someone who can create an http status/header/redirect code checker that will allow url's to be inputted in bulk, and the server response code will be posted. The results will display on the fly on the website page as the url's are checked. The script should track redirects codes and follow redirects until they reach their final destination, for example if a page 301 redirects to a new page which results in a 200 code.
An example that functions similar to how I would like this to function can be seen here:

Take note of a few things including:
-How the input field allows multiple url's to be pasted in
-Option is given to select a different user agent in the "Your Browser" drop down
-Results display and give HTTP status, final destination status, response headers message in a pop up, and the ability to see the redirect count, and the path in which redirects followed, along with the response time.
-Simple ability to sort results, as well as download/export results.
-The possible ability for optional settings which will allow requests to be throttled.
I will provide a final interface of exactly how the information should be laid out, but the example url above functions nearly exactly how I would like this new script to be built.
