Implement free and paid users, ensure user dashboard works correctly

Site is built in Wordpress with plugins and has Stripe payment gateway, Gravity forms and Woocommerce dashboard for users billing and orders.
Free users have access to limited features, paid users can access all features after purchasing monthly subscription.
Free user can upgrade to paid user status through the dashboard functionality.
Paid user can view status of order and billing on dashboard. He can also cancel subscription. When subscription is canceled, paid user will revert to free user with limited access to features.
Dashboard also enables paid user to add, delete payment methods using different credit cards.
These functionalities are working partially. Please bid only if you are an expert in fixing these types of functionalities. You must have attention to detail and test your work thoroughly as well as communicate clearly and concisely in English. Please also provide examples of previous work that is directly relevant.
