Insurance Portal - Wordpress script tweaks and some graphic work

Job Description:
I am creating an Insurance Portal for some of my clients that want to check their policies conveniently and connect with some of their sub-agents directly. We already bought a plugin theme that will do 90% of the work described. That already saved us a lot of money because we are on a tight budget but we also expect quality work.
However, now i need tweaks and some added functionality to the site. Stuff like adding specialized fields, certain word filter checking, moving blocks, texts and designs around for aesthetics, some mysql work, and also adding another membership security level with its own clearance and access that didn't come included in the original theme plugin we bought. I also need some extra graphic.
Please make sure to take the PHP,MYSQL and WORDPRESS exams.
