Integrate external API into WordPress

Hi, I want to integrate with 3rd party API. The website will be built using Woocommerce + Terawallet by myself. You only focus on building the integration.
There are 12 parts for the API. The first 3 included registration, edit profile, deposit and withdrawal. The 9 are pulling data from 3rd party to show stat on admin/player dashboard.
Requirement:
1. Player registration integration
2. Player edit profile integration
3. Integration with Terawallet for deposit (minus Terawallet credit and add credit of the game)
4. Integration with Terawallet for withdrawal (minus credit of the game and add to Terawallet)
4.5 Verification on Woocommerce Wallet before processing to withdrawal
5. Admin dashboard with the ability to control all 4 API action and 8 API data pulling.
6. Allow further expansion for the connection of multiple 3rd party API (just key in API in selected section and connect to another 3rd party API)
Please have a view and explain to me the logic of the integration so I can award the project to you. Will ignore those who quote me a price but don't even look at the API file and explain to me the logic flow. Will arrange a Skype or Zoom meeting to discuss and further explain before awarding the project.
