Laravel code review, code debug for website improvement

We are developing a website using Laravel. Also, we are developing an App based on Android.
The website is 85% done and we have another dev still working on it.
The website is like Map of Go_ogle.
We need you to review the code submitted by the dev (once in several weeks, very low frequency), debug issues, and improve the implementation based on feedback from our QA team. You will merge the code to ensure good integration of the code from the dev with your work.
To ensure timely delivery, you will push code to bitbucket every day and we will review the progress. We will test on our development server continuously.
To summarize: you will review code submitted by the existing dev whenever there is a commit. You need to continue the development and fix all issues raised by our QA team. We want to complete the project in about one month.
If you can also work on Android app development together with the Laravel, that's a big plus. We also need to fix some app issues and review the code.
The work MUST be done remotely using teamviewer or Anydesk. We expect you to work several hours (2-3 hours) every day.
This can be long-term job if you can handle the work properly. So we can pay you a fixed amount of wage every month.
In your bid, please tell us how much you want monthly for this project. Again, we expect you to work several hours (1-3 hours) every day, depending on availability.
