Looking for an experienced woo-commerce developer

I am planning to build a custom extension for woo-commerce subscriptions to enable my customers to customize their weekly produce deliveries. (more details below). I hired a junior full stack developer to build the solution and am looking for an experienced developer to provide mentorship, advice and support.
I would ideally like to find someone who has direct experience with building custom woo commerce functionality and extensions.
Here is what we are working on:
User experience:
Log into account
click on customize order tab
Come to a page that shows their customizable subscriptions, if they have just one e.g produce. If they have more it shows e.g. customize your produce bag, customize your bread bag.
Once they click on the customize product, a pop up comes up, or the next page shows (has to work well on mobile and computer) with a form.
Customer completes the form to customize order
When a customer completes the form the information should be captured and placed into the order notes of the subscription order.
Customer receives a customization confirmation email
Admin
We will update the forms every week after we confirm what will be included in the bags. We need an easy and flexible solution as this will be a repetitive task every week.
Ability to create and customize forms for each customizable product
Ability to create add dropdowns for each item with items to choose from instead
Ability to assign a max number of times one item can get chosen for inventory management. e.g. if we have Red peppers as a substitution item in drop-down, but we only have enough for 25 so we want to set a limit of 25 times people can choose it and want the option to disappear/get greyed out once the limit is reached.
Ability to style the forms and page (might not need to change this once it's set up? but might be handy to have.
Send automated email to the customer to confirm their bag customization and show the options they chose.
Ability to download all submissions in CSV spreadsheet.
