Modify current Q&A script

Hi

I have purchased a Q&A script but need further development and the original developer is no longer replying to any emails so i am looking for someone with the ability to make custom modifications,additions and removals from the script for me

Bellow is some information regarding the script

Developed with MVC Zend Framework, jQuery, MySQL, PHP, Template Enginge. All packaged in a unique system architecture

Modifications include but are not limited to

Responsive Flat theme (based on the Googol ipb theme,including google style log in page)

PGP integration

iCredits IPB mod system integration

0bin system implemented to pm system

coindice style game addition

No ip logging

Removal of registration page and new members to be added by site admin only

Code checking for malicious code and back links

There will be more changes and additions to the ones listed but this is a small idea of what is needed

I have included a copy of the script for you to look at to see if you can work with it
