Modify an existing URL shortner script

I have an url shortner script built using cakephp which works like this, this takes one long url from users and then when an user and then shortens it , then the user has to visit the shortlinks pages - for ex - [login to view URL] To reach the destination page the user has to press on getlink button. (This shortlink pages link will be provided as soon as the user shortens the url)

I want to make it in a way that the script must accept 3 links , 4 options with text values (html select element) and from that it has to be modified in the shortlink pages.

This involves the following modifications from the script-

- Add one extra section in members dashboard to take the following values and links

- Modify database to store the extra values and links and then call it on shortlink pages

- Shortlink pages - get the values/links from database and then do as instructed

- Minor modifications if required.
