Multi Vendor Site - Integrate Local Shipping Plugun

I've got a eCommerce website I'm developing. The client sells nothing of their own it's just a marketplace for other vendors. I'm using YITH Multi Vendor to create the Vendors for each group of products. ([login to view URL])
Each vendor will ship from different locations, I'd like to use Collivery ([login to view URL]) to calculate the cost per product for shipping on the checkout page and have it added to their payment.
I need to get the Multi Vendor Plugin to work with the Collivery shipping plugin so that when a customer goes to checkout and enters their address, a price for shipping will be shown for each product (if from different sellers/location) or one price (if from the same seller). Shipping needs to use LxWxH and Weight.
Product X (Seller Location 1)
Shipping: R0.00
Product Y (Seller Location 2)
Shipping R1:00
