Need a Core PHP Developer to Build a Blog Frontend and Admin Panel for An Existing Website

I have an existing website developed in Laravel that is being converted into Core PHP. We have the frontend files and also we have inhouse frontend developers to create new frontend pages as necessary. We need a core-php developer to work closely with the team to develop the admin panel backend and blog section backend of the website. There is no existing blog section there on the website at this moment.
Skill Requirements

1. Core PHP
2. Basic understanding of html, css, js.
3. Good understanding of php templating (Twig or something else).
4. Good understanding of MySQL.
5. Understanding of Git and Git branching.
6. Understanding of npm, gulp etc. to run the dev and build scripts (I can help with setting up the dev environment).
7. Ability to create custom routing in Core PHP from scratch.
Extra Requirements

1. The developer may be required to sign NDA before starting working on the project.
This may become an ongoing work. We are looking for good PHP developers to work with our team on an ongoing basis.
