Need Web based engineer located in Worcester / Kidderminster - Office Based

Hi there,
We have within our company a number of web based developments we want to use. We have a SQL backend as well as a PHP front end, but the front end we can change to ASP or other if required.
The candidate will come to our office in Kidderminster (United Kingdom) and Work at least 3 days in the office with review with the MD and myself. I want to review work and do interviews prior to hiring and looking for a Day Rate to support our project. Its also very key the individual is reliable, works to deadlines and the quality of work is high.
Also needs to be able to do CSS and design as well as the normal Javascript etc
We need someone with at least 5 years of doing enterprise based websites with ability to use leading edge coding and practices that can help develop our website.
We are looking for someone full time for 6 months with extension possible.
