New OpenCart - upgrade and product/service import

Job Description:
We need an OpenCard expert to:
- upgrade our 3.0 version to latest version on Hostgator.
- import 10 new service with each multiple options e.g. :
- Service: Vulnerability scanning - external
- Option Frequency: Monthly, quarterly, annual
- Option Quantity: 1 IP, 2-5 IPs etc
Please provide template spreadsheet to me so we can fill out for mass import.
We provide the pics (no more than 3 per services) and the text to go with it and the options and pricing for each option.
You will need to :
- integrate that into existing/basic configuration OpenCart
- integrate credit card payments (we provide the links for one time and recurring payments)
- test functionality
- implement affiliate program
Create instructions for:
- creating Discount Coupons
- adding new products with features and options similar to first 10
