Non-profit auction website

I need to set up an auction website where the proceeds will go to charity. The challenge in this is authenticating users without actually ever taking any payment from them, as I don't want to have to actually set up an official non-profit, rather just have all of the proceeds immediately go to that charity without it ever going through me or the website. I would love to work with someone who has experience making websites for non-profits and/or auction websites. I am a working digital artist so I would like to be a part of the design process, I have designed my own websites in the past but this is beyond my abilities.
