Ongoing coding support for existing SQL based CMS

Looking for expressions of interest for a reliable coder available for ongoing help with updates to our CMS site. Changes are needed in response to internal and customer requests for feature updates. Turnaround time needs to be within 2-3 days. We have a backlog of about a dozen changes needed, then light workload of 1-2 updates a month with periodic big changes due to changing industry standards. Our big issue is reliability. We are looking for someone who will be there when we call!
