It’s a modified Quicklancer 2.4 script. Completely PHP and mySQL.

I hired someone and all he did was download, compress and reupload the jpg files. That's not a permanent solution.
70% of our users are mobile. Users use their phones and most images are 8-20 MB, if not more. Cannot limit size. It needs to be compressed at upload, or something along those line. webp is the best i'm told.
2. While doing that he managed to delete 2 fields in the Post Project page - Add Misc info and Video embed link. They are probably still there, but from the Post Project form.
I have backups from earlier however after extracting them - the site is missing pics etc on index page.
This needs fixing.
