При выборе точки на карте подгружает полный адрес, но сохраняет и запрашивает у API уже урезаный - в итоге в объявлении адрес получается другой и точка стоит в другом месте. Надо, чтобы адрес сохранялся полностью (кроме страны и города), а выставление точки просходило по широте и долготе
