Paid Membership Pro - Sponsored /Group Members Integration

Have word-press plug in Paid Membership Pro working fine but can't figure out how to configure the add-on Sponsored /Group Members Integration plug in. Installation is vague and I'm not good enough to edit this code. Will be a breeze for anyone proficient to do. [url removed, login to view] Here is a snip of what needs to be edited.... The plug in sample code is much too complex than it needs to be for my needs.

All these levels are already set up

Director Level (paid) ID:9

once they are in they get FREE child/sponsor member code for 2 levels:

ID:7 Coach (limit 10)

ID:6 Referee (limit 10)
