I am looking for a developer can develop a Web-Application for Managing Parking Lots for company staff.
*Brief about the project:
-The company have 184 Indoor parking and 125 Outdoor parking.
-The parking lots used by company staff and some of Vip clinets.
-Each staff has allocated parking lots.
- Staff using thier ID badge to access the parking barrier.
The following items should be available on the application banner:
-Side Menu: Click Side Menu to view a list of available screen names.
-Application-Level Menu : File, Edit, View, Navigate, Query, Tools, and Help.
-Menu Toolbar : Search Toolbar, Advanced Options, Share, Communications, Notification, Settings.
**First Dashboard : The dashboard should provide statistics about:
-Number of the complete parking lots (Outdoor/Indoor)
-Number of the occupied parking lots (Outdoor/Indoor)
-Number of Vacant parking lots (Outdoor/Indoor)
-Details number of occupied parking by categories : Tenants / Indoor parking company staff / Outdoor parking company staff / Utility car / VIP clients.
**Second Dashboard: Can provide the layout with the updated parking availability ( Once we click on the parking lot it will show to whom assigned the parking)
*Assign parking: ( New parking, Change parking, Modify, Delete)
The application has an options to allow the user to submit the order such as : ( New parking, Change parking, Modify, Delete) where the users can fill up the request by himself.
*(For New Parking) : the user must complete the information to submit the request such as:
-Location of staff (Department Name) .
-Parking area: (Indoor / Outdoor )
-Parking lot number: drop list the availible parking.
-Staff category: BSF staff / Outsource staff
-Vehicle Model ( allow to add many vehicle )
-Vehicle Plate Number.
*For (Change parking, Modify, Delete) : The information will be appear on the screen based on the searching by parking number or by staff name, Emp No, Department name and any modification have to be approved by manager.
How it work:
-The application owner have the permission to add the requester user and the approver users.
-The user can upload the order into request page then will transfer the request to the next managerial level for approval.
-After filled up the request, there would be two click item to complete the order: (send for approval / Cancel request )
-The request will send for the next manager for approval.
-After approved:The requester can print the form or Memo addressed to the staff and describe the following details: (Employee Number/ Employee Name / Location of staff (Department Name) / Parking area)
-After approved:The application can generate automated email to the requester and to security department to activate the ID Badge in security system.
-After approved:the modification will appear on dashboard and on the layout as well.
Features for future upgrade:
-The application capable to connect with other application such as CHR-Web application to take the data and to receive any notification from other app with regards to resignations of staff or movement between departments which should appear on dashboard.
-The application must meet the requirements for the very High security.
-The application can be enhanced and have the ability to do any modification needs in future.
