Php gallery with simple admin backend

The gallery look and the admin look should be exactly as provided on [url removed, login to view] . Meaning no joomla,menalto's gallery and any other opensource "web thinny gallery" cant be used. The latest "freelancer" just uploaded the joomla thinny gallery, which i can easy do and implement myself, but since this is not the case i designed and prepared the gallery inside look and also gallery admin.. Please dont bid if you are thinking on installing some premade opensource gallery. tnx!
