Hi, I need some help with integromat. We use beds24 that is a channel manager integrated to integromat, so when we get a booking in our hotel the booking goes into beds24 and from there the data I need into integromat and over to google sheet.
The reason is that we have a point system [login to view URL] so we need to have the data stored in google sheet as.:
Hotel name
booked Room name
booked Guest name
Phone number
Email that we can track guest as a member (they sign up on our website)
How many nights booked Point received, spent and Redeem
1. Guests create themself on our website and their data (default email) will be stored in google sheet as database or [login to view URL]
2. Guests buy points on our website and these points will be stored in the database
3. Guests book a room (can use their point ect 15,000 points per night) not sure if we can make this auto, if not we will install these points in the database manual.
Guests can always login to our website (member area) to see how many nights they have stayed at the hotel and how many points they have and have been used.
