Job Description:
Private web application for the management and review of prototypes with the following functionalities:
1. User and role management
Access system based on the assignment of access permissions and functionalities according to three types of users:
• Testers:
O Receive prototype valuation requests
O You can check the reviews / ratings made previously
• Managers:
O Prototype management (registration, download, modification and consultation)
O Sending valuation requests to testers
O Querying and modifying testers' ratings
O Reporting
• Supervisors:
O They can access the prototype management system, the testers' information, and the valuations in query mode (can not perform actions, just display the data).
Each user will have at least the following information:
• Unique identifier
• First name
2. Prototyping Management
This section will allow managers to create prototypes in the system, and the request for review to the testers desired.
Each Prototype shall contain at least the following information:
• Unique identifier
• Title / Name
• Description
• Images (optional)
• HEGA reference (optional)
• Status: new, in analysis, closed
O New: Prototype created in the system, but without requesting revisions to testers
O In analysis: it is passed to this state at the time of sending the first revision, and is maintained until a manager closes the analysis period and generates the report.
• Final assessment
After creation, it will be possible to ask the testers to make their assessment. These requests and their assessments will be associated with the prototype to which it belongs, having all the information related to the grouped prototype.
Managers can send analysis requests to as many testers as they wish, at the same time, or at different times. Likewise, managers will be able to complete the study of the prototype, add the final analysis and generate a detailed report in pdf that contains the information of the prototype, the evaluations (optional) and final analysis.
3. Management of Reviews
They collect the evaluation of the testers on a particular prototype. They are sent by the managers to the selected testers.
The main features are:
• Both the requests and the reviews themselves are only accessible by the tester that performs it, the managers and supervisors.
• Detailed information for each assessment
The ID
Date of request for assessment
The tester
The prototype
O Review of the Tester
O Images (the tester can attach images to your valuation).
O Review deadline
• A deadline can be set for the assessment. After that date, only managers can reactivate them.
• They are accessible from the prototype to which they correspond.
4. Notifications
ProtoSoft includes an email notification system that reports the following events:
• Request for titration to testers
• Tester evaluation performed
Possibility of generating new notifications.
DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN
It will be developed using Laravel or Symfony MVC (Model View Controller) architectures that allow to enhance the modular development, increase the program's scalability and performance.
Multi-device development will be enhanced to facilitate access and use of the application.
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
This private wepabb requires an AMP server (Apache + MySQL + PHP) with the necessary libraries for the execution of the software. Configuration on a Linux system is recommended, and installation in Windows or virtualized systems is also possible.
