I'd need a skilled developer or the right dev team in order to build a similar responsive website like the one I'll show you and then adding a specific social network functionalities as described by me.

building the system by customizing a ready-to-use platform available with Rest APIs that point to a GWT (Google Web kit) and programmed in JAVA.
