Schnittstelle zwischen Redmine und Google Contacts

We need a sync between Google Contacts and RedmineUP Contacts. As we Edit Contacts only in Google we do not need two way sync (for now).
All information from Google contacts (as technical possible) must be synced especialy all Phone Numbers and E-Mail addresses.
The Sync must work with new and edited Contacts.
The Programming must be based on Laravel, Symfony or without Framework directly in PHP.
