Job Description:
Hello,
I am looking to build a communication school web app
The app will be use by 4 different users
1. School Administrator - Should be able to manage every information about the school
2. Teachers
3. Parents
4. System Administrator
The main features will be;
School attendance
Results(Class CAs and exams, marks for all subjects)
Class management(Manage by class teachers - each class will have list of students, subjects, attendance, results)Teachers will be able to post notifications and assignments.
Class chat group - each class will have a chat group, messaging should be fast and no page loading when sending a message.
Parents will be able to see their children's results, check their attendance, see school udates and be able to ask questions to the class teachers in the class chat group and also school admin. Parents page should display all children thery have in the school and be able to see their school activities.
So a parent can belong to more than one chat group depending on the classes he/she has children in.
School fees payment - Parent can pay their children school fees via the application. This will be done using Mobile Money Payment -
School admins should be able to;
manage teachers (add, edit, suspend and delete )
manage subjects (add, edit, and delete )
Post general notifications (Receive by both teachers and parents)
See all class management info - attendance, results
Send school fees notice to selected parents
Under study feature:
Parents can track their children to know their location
