We have a Trading Business with 3 to 4 salesman seat in one office. Some time reseller Customer call first time to Salesman A for Price for Eg. HP printer XXX model. After 1-hour Same Reseller customer call but this time call goes to Salesman B and he gave same HP printer Price 50 rupees less. So to avoid this want to make One Excel or Spreadsheet type.
Now we are maintaining in Shared Spreadsheet at one Gmail Cloud location and update each salesman in a spreadsheet like Attached File.
we need like this solution but more enhance and user-friendly.
1> Auto fill Item name and Customer Name, so less effort for typing. We can make dat base and in master may be 1000 items and 1000-2000 customer. Call gets repeat every week.
2> Search and filter facility
3> All in one page in list type
4> some time customer ask for 2,3 items price, so automatically add the lines for Items in front of Customer name. If only one item then only one line.
5> store in the cloud or our website
6> Call that page on Android, so that my salesman can write from mobile phone also when he is out of office.
7> After one month Keep old data aside, we need 3 to 4 days data to see or 30 days after scroll down or search.
