I am looking for a developer to create an SMS platform. Here is the scenario: I'm a real estate broker, when my call center speaks to a lead that is ready to purchase a home my call center would then send a text to a group of agents announcing we have a hot lead. The agents would press 1 to accept the lead or 2 if they are not available. The 1st person to accept would win the lead and the lead details would be sent to them. Any subsequent agents responding with "1" would go down a different flow receiving the message "another agent already claimed this lead". That is the basic system needed. There would be additional sms going out to follow up with the agent to obtain updates as well. I am interested in message templates or other suggestions as to how this can be accomplished. I would also like the platform to have CallTools & Twilio integration. Ideal skills and experience for this job would include expertise in SMS platform development, familiarity with CallTools & Twilio integration, and the ability to create user-friendly interfaces. I need the ability to add groups of agents, change templates etc. without calling a developer every time I add a customer. Please provide cost and estimated turn around time for a finished product. Please be realistic with your English skills as we have to be able to communicate effectively. Thanks!
