So I installed their cache add-on. [login to view URL]
I was told to see if the FacetWP cache is working, there will be some rows/values in the wp_facetwp_cache table. But I see nothing there.

The Cache add-on tries to add the file /wp-content/db.php. The file's contents should look like this: [login to view URL]
Could you confirm the above? If the file doesn't exist (or doesn't look like the code above) then there's a chance that Kinsta is preventing the file from getting added properly. Some hosts, especially ones that implement their own built-in caching, prevent 3rd party cache plugins from working.
Any possible idea to solve this issue?
