Taking an XML stream and using it to print labels

Job Description:
We are receiving food orders from a third party product. They are pushed to us in XML. We need to write the XML records to a database and immediately print labels for each item in the order to a kitchen printer in a fixed format. We will need to see the orders in a simple browser application that will allow us to mark the order as complete or reprint it.
