Tidy up PHP database -- 2

I currently have a PHP database that sends and received email from one email address. The database is hosted on my web server. I am looking for someone who understands email and attachment functions and can ensure all emails are being sent and received by the database.

This is probably around 4 hrs work for someone familiar with this type of database and functions.
