We have a very simple site. We really only want a few simple things done. Update the site to 5.1 and update main slider on the front two pages of the site to go with the wordpress update (see notes below), remove one of the pages (calculator) and add a verification tool onto the contact form (we are getting so many Russian bots it is annoying), and we also need the phone number updated. I would assume this is an hour or less for someone familiar with Wordpress and WP Engine.
Here are the notes from a conversation with WP Engine describing the issue with the slider on the front page of our site:
our site seems to be completely down. is there something large i need to do to get it back up?

Hey there Adam. I can definitely take a look, what's the name of the site that's down?

Gotcha, I see the 500 error on my side as well.
nothing on it has been touched for about two years. so it may be way out of date.
Ah gotcha. In looking at the error logs, I
I'm seeing revslider as a plugin causing issues on the site
I just made a backup of the site, may I deactivate this plugin and see if it comes back up?
Awesome, thank you. I'll test this out
the developer didn't like the slider when he was putting it together....he said it took too long to load
Understood, odds are he went the route of Slider Revolution (aka revslider) for the alternative. After deactivating that plugin, I can finally see the site and the log in screen:

That plugin is definitely causing issues with PHP incompatibility. If it's an integral part of the site's build, I would HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Theme Punch, so that they can provide the update for the plugin that has a PHP 7.2 patch.
thanks. let me copy that comment and give it to someone that can implement.

This is the error from Revslider, so once you reach out to Theme Punch for the update needed, you'll be in the clear
