1- Description of the PR digitalization project:
As part of the implementation of the 2023 action plan, focused on the digitalization and modernization of the professions carried out within the Brand and Communication Department with all media, the Monitoring and Press Relations Department intends to carry out a digital platform available as a mobile application, dedicated to all media (written press, audiovisual press, electronic site and magazine).
Also, through this digital platform, an online space will be dedicated to online management and coordination, in terms of PR, with the communication officers of the (58) wilayas.
This digital space will be structured around two axes:
- Press relation :
✓ Strengthen relationships, as well as organize, the content of the Monitoring and Press Relations Department dedicated to editors-in-chief, journalists, among others: ✓ Develop an intuitive, online tool to filter media contacts,
to send press releases and news content to Editors-in-Chief and target journalists: ✓ Plan a reporting and interview program and monitor press coverage in
line: ✓ Create a database of journalists:
-Communication Officers:
Coordinate, plan with all communications managers
Facilitate access and exchange with communications managers; ✓ Carry out the online verification and validation of press releases, requests for intervention, right of response for communications managers
2- Objective of the Digital RP platform:
The main purpose of this platform is to be the company's “memory” in terms of PR, while providing the entire national press with richer, organized news content, among other things.
The secondary objective is to facilitate access to online information for all stakeholders of the digital PR platform and those responsible for communication.
Our Needs:
Design and development of a digital platform that can be converted into a mobile application, dedicated to all media (written press, audiovisual, electronic site) and communications managers.
Take into consideration updates relating to the version of the dedicated platform
to the creation of the digital PR platform as well as data security. Regarding administration, access to the platform will be protected by a password.
- The administration area will include a member management and update module,
as well as a module on the insertion of information for the journalists space and the space
communications officers.
- Content usage statistics will be accessible from the administration area.
Create an account for each journalist to allow them access to the platform:
Dedicate a QR code to each journalist to facilitate their identification during organized events....
