vTiger 5.4 webService devlopment (like in example)

I need to upload pictures to vTiger CRM 5.4 and relate it to SalesOrder with Web Service . Now it can upload pictures as Document, but can't relate Document to any Entity.

There is the web Service from crm-now used for their CRM Word Connector. You can use it as example ([url removed, login to view]).

I want you to develop vTiger CRM Module compatible with Module manager, named PinDocumentRelation. It must adds new Web Service method "document_relate" with parameters DocimentId and ParentId. It must check if user have access to both entities, both entities are not deleted and have not related yet. It must return error message if any condition fails.

You develop and test it on your own server with vTiger 5.4 and provide demo for testing. After I confirm demo works proper, you make module as zip archive ready for setup and provide short documentation on installation (if needed) and very short manual with single usage example. I finish project after test production-ready module.

For test purpose you can use their windows .NET app CRM Webservice Interactive Tutorial ([url removed, login to view]).

Price is subject for discussion. You have advantage If you offer to make module both 5.4 and 6.x compatible.
