So they can get the Inquiries about their services through this application on very easy manner. So this will be a very good platform for both Customers as we as Service Providers to get the Business & Services on Single Platform.
As a Services provider they can get inquires about their Services Very easily and get paid off easily with satisfaction. And as user they can get any services with perfect timing and quotation with very easy way so user don't have to find particular service provider every time and don't need to worry about anything related to local home based services.

SERVICE PROVIDER: (Technicians)
First they will register in your Application as technicians with basic details and some documentation. They will get a separate login id from where they can manage their profile.
They will get the notification from the customer for the service
They can accept or reject the service inquiry
They will get the complete details about the customer
They will get complete reports of their total visits with total paid and services given to the customer
They can see the reviews given by customers
This is the basic understanding of the system. Once the project will be final, we will share complete flow in detailed.
Customer is also the key factor for your app. Because bases on their reviews & ratings application will be popular. So you have to take care of them as well to make the Revenue in near future.
Customer will register and login to the app.
Select the service they want.
They can choose the service type (Existing system, New System)
Based on the selection of the service type list of questions or in detailed services will be displayed with the price, they can choose the internal services
They can select the date and time on which they want to take the service
They can confirm the service by clicking on CONFIRM button.
They can pay online or by cash
Once they book the service, auto request will be sent to the nearby technician, technician has to accept or reject the request.
Once any technician will accept the request then this request will be closed so no other technician can see the request.
They can give the reviews to the technician about their services.
• Admin can login via valid Admin name and password.
• Admin can view the statistic of the Customer under some category as online Customer, today Customer, weekly Customer, monthly Customer and yearly Customer.
• Admin can Manage Technicians
• Admin can check which customer has taken which service from which technician. With Details like.. list of services , time , date , amount paid
• Admin can check the reviews given by customers
