WooCommerce modification - conditional auto user registration based on product

Hello,

Looking for a developer for a small WooCommerce modification - conditional user registration based on product in cart. Here is what I want to achieve: when the user selects product A, an account is automatically created for him during the purchase process (this is what I have now), but when he selects product B I want to skip the auto account creation and not create an account at all. It would be nice to have some simple UI where I could place the IDs of the "B" products.

Please provide a specific price calculation and don't post "negotiable" or similar! Thank you.
