Wordpress auction plugin

I have a wordpress template listing real estate. i want a plugin that ads a auction functionality on the page of the residence
[login to view URL]
And on archive page for residences that are for sale i want every card to show the latest bid and time remaining.
You may use existing auction plugins as yith and build upon it as long as updates do not have effect on development.
FURTHER DETAILS:
- Backend listings: Checkbox to activate listings
- Roles who can do this are Admin (Me) and Real estate agents
- In listing I must be able to set a date (timer when auction ends)
- Add a bid from... price so bidding starts at that pricing
- When the latest bid has been overbid that user must get a notification in email.
- The poster of the listing should be able to accept a bid.
- Normal users must register on site to be able to place a bid.
- Front end show on listing detail top right as image I have sent
- Archive show remaining time and latest bid in card
This is the basic thing I need. I don't understand exact why we can't use a existing auction plugin? I know thay work on a wc product..
Anyways If this works and my concept will be validated I need extra development after that so possible extra work will come from it based on the price you give me now and the work you can deliver..
