This should be easy enough but only for experienced WP developers!
We are running the WPERP plugin which has 3 modules HR , CRM and Accounting. It also has several supporting extensions of which we are using Asset Manager and Payroll. I need WPERP configured to work as such:
- Create separate user role IT Manager
- The IT Manager should have all privileges as the "Employee" user role plus be able to manage Assets, view Asset Requests, make Allotments. At the moment this is possible only with the "HR Management" role which does not work for us as it exposes the Payroll and the HR Management functions. The IT Manager should not have the ability to view those pages/modules.
I will provide the Assets and Payroll modules and you will have to download and install the basic WPERP plugin from the Wordpress repository.
IMPORTANT: you will have to install this on your local server - we do not have a development server.
The delivery should be in the form of a script that we should run in the themes [login to view URL] file using the add_role( $role, $display_name, $capabilities ); i.e. I do not want to install extra plugins for this to work.
