Job Description:
Develop a delivery system mobile app with backend which allows registered users to advertise available goods for shipping while also letting couriers see availability of the advertised products.
They will be 3 types of users, the general users which can advertise the products, the couriers and system administrators.
As all users will register as first with the general user privilege, the system administrators will have the ability to view users’ application for courier services and if such application is acceptable, a new role will be granted to the new courier.
A ranking system shall be created for both the general users and the couriers. This will allow the couriers to view and also rate the users while also allowing general users to rate and view couriers. There should also be comment sections under each rating.
When an advertisement is made, the couriers should have the ability to tender their quotes (with estimated delivery time), thus allowing the users to select who they will prefer.
For each package, the user should provide the pickup point, the destination, and also the weight of the package with brief description of the shape and content(s) of the package.
For the mobile app part of this system, you should use a single code-based development framework (e.g., react native, flutter, angular with ionic, etc.), and for the backend, php (with Laravel or any other php framework) or NodeJS can be used. Since this is an application, third party packages will be allowed but only if there is no alternative or writing the functionalities the packages will provide cannot be justified.
