I need to focus on the organizational hierarchy. Account Managers should only see and have access to their leads, contacts, accounts, and deals. In Books, they should only see sales orders and invoices of their accounts. As for Regional Managers, they should only see the information of the Account Managers directly below them. In Books, they should only see invoices and sales orders of the Account Managers below them also. Currently, a regional manager can see all the information from all the Account Managers. Also, in Books, the Regional Manager sees all transactions, including Purchase Orders and Item costs.....I don't want them to see any of that information as it is only for the Administrators to see.
